You could install an add-on called UnPlug for Firefox.

The forums do not allow me to post links, but if you go to the Firefox Add-On site, you can find it with a search for 'UnPlug'. There are a few other Add-ons that have similar functionality.

Then right click on the link that says "Watch This Movie!" and go down to the UnPlug option in the menu, click, and save the file that has a direct link the the .swf file. Then you will have a local copy on your computer.

Cool sound/video, by the way.
