Personally I don't go for anything like that - I'm not a goth, I'm too individual to conform to any particular social sub-culture. I just happen to think goths are generally pretty cool people, and having known a fair few, I have a better idea of what's goth and what's not than most non-goths.

If someone tells you they're a goth (especially all the marylin munchkins), just ask them who spiggy is. A goth would be able to answer that one in a heartbeat.

Alright, now you're activly attempting to confuse me. Goth/emo, rappers, all the white kids who want to be black because it's apparently so cool, that's all just RETARDED. There is NO need to conform to anything like that, and I for one think it would be a waste of time to ever do.

It's all conformity.....even punk rockers conform to a certain look, even as they try to be non-conformist. It's just as conformist as the polo & khakis crowd.

I don't have a beef with anyone, although I laugh at whiggers, since they'd plotz if they were in Dorchester (sort of like Boston's Harlem) at night.

Little hard to be down, yo, when you're driving a car worth more than most people in the inner city make in a year.

I find all this quite amusing, since you have a NIN banner in your sig: can't get much more emotional than that. Ok, so it's industrial Emo, but still, all that thrash supports some serious navel gazing.

The Fragile is my favorite album, but I can't quite mention my music tastes because I am sure there is.. one person here that would know ANY of them. And no, no goth chick turned me down. On the contrary, actually.

Anyhow, the ideas that the mallcore goths come up with just strike me as terribly stupid. The labels they can come up with, and the uneducated things they can say.
