Connection Problems

Ever since i got my router i have had problems with CS:S. some servers will compleatly freeze up after a few minutes of play and i have to disconnect and reconnect several times before (if im lucky) i will stay connected. When I plug my cord directly into the cable box everything works fine. Ive tried to figure out what the problem is and i think its the internal firewall the router has but i have been unable to bypass it or disable it compleatly. The router is a wired Linksys model BEFSR41. Any suggestions or past experience with this problem would be greatly appreciated

Re: Connection Problems

It seems that your firewall has ether a DMZ or that the gaming port is closed or disable. I would need to see the router console screen to see if thats the problem. PM me if you can get me the screen shots so I can diagnose the problem.
