chincy buy script

Zero was asking about a buy script but maybe some of you guys might use it as well. It's just lines in the autoexec.cfg file in the cfg folder.

The lines with // are comments which are not actually executed, but are there so you can reference what the other keypad buttons are called.

I mainly use it to by a defuse kit and armor first, then see what kind of gun I can get with the cash leftover and manually buy that. The grenades I put in order so that if you run out of cash it will buy HE first, but you can re-order them for priority or if the plan calls for smoke grenades, buy that manually.

I have all my Function keys binded to weapons, in order of strength, from vest/helm to awp, then all nades...

Since buying ammo is automatic in game do you really need the ammo in your buyscript sloppy ?

Not too frequently, but sometimes you get passed a gun with only one clip in it at spawn.

In the case that you havent changed your key binds too much, then "," and "." will serve the purpose of buying primary and secondary ammo, not sure which does what, try em both. Also, why bind keys to non regulated weapons, it takes my 2-3 seconds to fully equip myself. I could see how this might help on a pub with say, no buy time or 5 seconds or something. We get 45 seconds.

I dunno, I'm used to it. Didn't see anything in buy or options for a key to buy ammo. For me it's just routine, especially to quickly buy armor and a defuse kit (which I see a pretty regular lack of on the server) and see what cash I have left over for other goodies.
