I've had my Plantronics DSP500's for 2 years now. I've dropped them, stepped on them, had dogs chew on them, and they still work like they are brand new. Not to mention they have a 1 year warranty
Speaking of microphones. I use a Logitech one ($10), black, has a 3.5mm audio connector and works well. I can't speak for Plantronics, since I don't own any of their products. In terms of accessories for computers, I own almost exclusively Logitech with some bland generic stuff.
It was nice playing with you Delux, even though I've forgotten mostly everything to do with Counter Strike.
I think I suck worse than you Delux at this point.

I got mine free from a bussiness that runs on InterWise. I don's know what model but its durable and plugs into the jack in the back of my MoBo. It has suround sound as well.

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
It has been almost 6 months now and I am still waiting for the second peer-review report to come in for my next book (this one is on the future of television).
