If you have a team that cooperate as a unit and communicate then this is easier than its made out to be. We can try and designate who's clearing which part of the room we will clear(left, right)
See that's the thing, this should be stuck in everybody's head that you don't need to talk about it for 45 seconds to understand it. As soon as you're in the situation of needing to breach and clear you should implicitly understand what to do.
