Sacrificing Hostage
Are you aloud to sacrifice a hostage to save a different hostage like as a distraction. Say your getting shot at from behind and u turn a corner. Are you aloud to let go of one hostage to make it look like you lost the hostage going one way were in all your going to total opposite way. Just as a diversion?
Me - I'll Just blame bush.
Disciple - Bush? Is that some sort of slang for women? - Hahaha I love disciple.

Re: Sacrificing Hostage
If you was a hostage and was on your way to being saved would you want someone to tell you to stay behind?
I would say save the hostages and take your chances of getting killed trying your best.
Oh unless they get stuck and you can save one by all means then your fine.FUN FUN

Re: Sacrificing Hostage
The Utilitarianism approach. Sacrifice one to save the many others.
This is my rifle.
There are many like it, but this one is MINE.
My rifle is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life.
My rifle without me is useless. Without my rifle, I am useless.

Re: Sacrificing Hostage
No if you are using it as a meatshield of sort, but yes if it is for a tactical reason and the hostage would encumber you. But generally forfeiting already taken property or area is untactical and stupid, unless there is no other option. I suppose if your survival depended on it, you could leave him behind and come for him later. I just can't see a situation where you'd have to do that.
