    Do any of you remember the summerblue cs report? It will still be on the net somewhere if you google. It was some very scientific tests done into the effects of armour, different weapons, recoil, movement speeds etc. in the pre 1.6 days. If you are going to get serious about testing CS, I suggest using similar methodology.
