Schwa, as with most things, it's all about intent. Blind / suppression fire is a bit more clear cut though, as suppression fire is blind fire in order to cover team movement.

Huh? How is that clear? You just said "as X is Y in order to cover team movement" when the rule is "don't do Y"

Stop being so obtuse. It's all about intent and spirit. Asking important questions is one thing, but splitting the splits of already split hairs is just taking it to the extreme.
