being a pro gamer myself, i can tell u that when they move the mouse downward to control their weapon, it does not have anything to do with the recoil. the recoil is still expanded greatly, like normal, but when they move downward they are controlling the actual spray of the gun. pros know the game so well that they know where the bullets are going to go even when the crosshair is expanded, so they move their crosshair to an area where they know the spray from the gun will hit the target (even tho the target is not in the crosshair)
