Re: Demo Discussion
It shows on my downloader, but the start button is greyed out. Says 12 hours to launch. I did preorder. I can download the Digital Art Asset Pack, though.

Re: Demo Discussion
Yeah, setting the time ahead just let me download it. It won't let me decrypt without a key that's released tomorrow. I don't know if they could screw this up anymore.
EDIT: I got this e-mail:
I guess I was wrong, they could screw it up worse. Two days ago?Thank you for ordering on EA Store (US). The date when the product that you Pre-Ordered will be released has been changed. The product listed below will now be available on October 23, 2007The Dirty

Re: Demo Discussion
What a debacle this has turned out to be. Of the few people that can run the game, they can only play it through the Sandbox editor. They said awhile ago that the public demo was to be released on the 26th. Even if it's pushed back one day, that's still bullcrap. Blame EA, not Crytek for this one.

Re: Demo Discussion
Confirmed Information- Crysis Demo available 1200UTC for Pre-load customers on the 26th
Available to everyone else on the 27th at 1200 UTC.
Neither Crytek or EA are to blame, this was the plan from the start. it wasn't communicated well enough between the two company's. and the publicLast edited by stickyjeans69; 10-26-2007 at 01:43 AM.

Re: Demo Discussion
If it wasn't communicated properly, then, yes, they are to blame.
Anyway, as of 8am EST it decrypted and installed, but I'm getting a similar message to what other people are getting when I try to run. "Log in to the EA Downloader to verify ownership' So, I guess I'm still waiting. The Dirty
