Demo Discussion
With the soon to be released demo this Friday(!) I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread. Computers world wide will be melting 10/26!

Re: Demo Discussion
I'll be downloading it for sure, and will provide feedback for it as soon as I'm done with it. Once it's released that is.
Can't wait.

Re: Demo Discussion
I am ready to be disappointed by its performance and my subsequent forgetting of the existence of Crysis.
I hope the performance is better then the last beta, I really want to play this sucker on high settings ><. If the dx10 performance is much better then dx9 I may buy this one after I get vista, but that probably wont be till december/january.

I love gaming, mmmmmmmm

Re: Demo Discussion
Now I just hope ATI will create a kickass Radeon 3870 so I can get two in crossfire and tame this Beast.

Re: Demo Discussion
Their recommended specs are pretty much my system, just an 8800 GTS 640 instead of what I have.
My specs:
AMD 4400+ (2.0 GHz)
2 GB RAM
7900 GT KO
blah blah blah
I think with "recommended," settings, you can have it all high, playable. I'm not 100% if DX10 is required for "Ultra High," or whatever they're calling it. From the beta (not 100% if NDA is still in effect, but whatever...) medium looks pretty nice by todays standards.
