Here are some positives for you. I ran this on all settings 'high', 16x12, no AA, 8800GTX, getting around 30FPS.

The graphics are beautiful to no end. You almost feel as if you're in a real jungle. I just stood around and looked at the environment for a few minutes before I continued on. The destructible environment kicks ass.
The water is probably the best I've seen in a game yet. Just swimming out in the ocean felt real.
Various ways to attack any situation via the nanosuit. I kept bumbling around trying to figure out what to do, either go in fast, use brute strength, or go stealth. Most of the time I just used the silencer attachment from medium to long distance.
Highly addictive. I stopped once to take one screenshot, but then continued from there interrupted.
