Re: Crysis System Requirements Released
I'm so glad you died when you died.
Considering I posted this a year ago, I was really sweating being able to play this game. Now that a year has passed, and a new computer has come (newer now) I don't think I'll be sweating trying to play. I doubt I'll be able to run max settings with the 8800GTS 320mb, but I'm sure it will do.|TG-12th|Undead

Re: Crysis System Requirements Released
im kinda glad my 8800gtz shorted out on me...gave me an excuse to get an ultra
I prolly should upgrade my 4800X2 but that involves mobo and ram so ill hold off on that. i might be goin out on limb here, but i think this is a video card type of game lol

duuuuuuuuuuuddddee snail!
that 4800x2 wil hold back a GTX and the Ultra unless you have unlimited money is a ripoff, that money to upgrade would have been better spend on a C2D and a cheap Gigabyte DS3 motherboard that performs just as well as th 200$ boards. I don't think you'll find much issue with your system though it will run the game at good settings, but you're holding back the GTX let alone the Ultra =X

Re: Crysis System Requirements Released
yea i know...i was planning on overhauling my system in the winter. I just got the ultra so i can play the games, then get an 6600 c2d and 4 gigs of ram and maybe another ultra in the future. I can pretty much play anything on max or near max with the gtx so im still waiting for a game that will really show the bottleneck. Perhaps Crysis will be it...
