If it looks that good in 9 and can't imagine the 10 version...

thats only what gamespot has up...they said during E3 that it would sometime this year...hopefully it is sept.

That's great. I didn't even notice the soldier pissing off the dock until I saw that video. Ahhh..those details.

I was watching a Dev interview and they talked about having wild life roaming the island. His favorite is a turtle that he thought no one would find. One player found and picked up the turtle and was carrying him around the game.

If you are cloaked you can sneak up on wild life.

**Ha, just watched the birds on the beach - crazy wild life! And, they mention the turtle - can't wait to find that turtle and don't shoot the chickens!

Yah, the wildlife is gonna be a very cool part here. Hopefully if you scare some birds or whatever, they'll take flight and maybe the soldiers will look in that direction. Also, the crabs and the fish looked awesome. Supposedly they've put sharks in too, and heard if you shoot a guy and chuck him in the water, a shark may come by and eat him up. That'd be horrifying/awesome. Its these "small," types of things that make games have depth and play better on the whole. The fact that you can pick up wildlife/many or most objects makes it even so much better.

the lighting on the bottom of the lake/ocean is stunning. The way it refracts through the waves...wow.

Another great site I check out often is www.incrysis.com They've got a few mods/admins that are apparently in contact with Crytek, and they're got a few contests running sponsored by Intel, so they're pretty well informed.

The more videos I see of this with in game, it's actually dulling my interest. Really, it's just FarCry with alot better graphics and now you're a superman and can pick up chickens. I'm still excited, but the idea I had that something was going to be fundemantally better is wearing off. You can only swim around in the water for about 10 seconds before the thrill of underwater crabs and fish wears off.
