I am forced to play this at 1024x768 @ medium settings for me to run somewhat ok. If i put it on low settings, there are rendering issues that make walls glow yellow and the floor turn black.

I'm pretty sure in saying that the majority of the screenshots/videos out there are DX9. We've only started seeing DX10 stuff in the last few months. Been reading up on the beta, and it sounds like the majority of the performance issues are being associated with debugging code and other such stuff.
