I'm kinda hoping the game will have a large focus on small-group PvP, in which case the faction imbalances wouldn't matter quite as much. But sailing, sieging, embire-building, and the like all sound pretty awesome too.

Also, thirding the notion of playing with TG over playing my first choice for race.. I'd happily settle for Dwarf

If we choose that faction, you could play a human or mirdain instead. Do you want to be average and adaptable to any situation... or pretty? :P

Indeed, I hope we can make the beta. I believe that the next beta clan call is at the middle of this week. That would give us some time to play around and figure things out instead of having to pick a race out of the box to stick with.

Bah! So what if they're short.. and smelly.. and hairy and toothless.. and horrendously ugly.. they have heart and willpower! And an underground capital city.

Also, they're not humans or elves.

I really hate to overstep my bounds, but it's about 1:20AM EST, which is 40 minutes away from close. In the interest of making sure we get registered, I went ahead and sent in the post with the first 9 names on the list and my own (just to avoid any possible confusion of 'why isn't the person who submitted the post on the list?' on their part). I don't think the original list of 10 matters for anything anyway - they just want to make sure we actually have substance to our guild. I will, of course, hand the power on the Darkfall forums over to Wulfyn the first chance I get.

Tactical Gamer (aka Tactica Ludicrum for Darkfall) is more of a community than a clan. We play many games together, whether it be RPG, RTS, or FPS. Regardless of the game, we are united together under the principles of teamwork, strategy, and maturity. From our Tactical Gamer Primer (<link to primer>):

Not sure maybe he is on holiday or something. I sent him a PM, I cant find any place where the names are listed. He should have all of them though since we had to send him a PM on the Darkfall forums.
