Combat
Check out this link about combat if you havn't read it already.
http://rpgvault.ign.com/articles/736/736911p1.html I think it is especially relavant to TacticalGamers. It talks about combat tactics like using terrain and weather etc.

This is one of the things that interested me most of all - the realism of combat. A lot of games are just about the stats, the button clicking or simple tactics such as "Player A pulls Mob B". Having to pay attention to things like 'keeping your distance from the guy with the broadsword due to his big swing arcs' will make a big difference, especially to us. It should put the tactical guys above the mindless 'zergs' that just try to out-gun the enemy with numbers with no regard to skilled play.

All I can say is "hot damn!"
They sure thought of it all. Player collisions is a plus. Weather and terrain factors is sweetness. If mounts are expensive it might be fun to shoot people off of them from an ambush and ride off with their mounts and sell them =)

All I can say is, if you hear me Yell Incoming, get the hell away from the enemy. Planning on doing the Mage/ranged thing with a Mahirim. I think my Character name's going to be Artie or Spector. Just let your tactical mind wrap around those for awhile. >)
