the changes so far seem ok but I haven't gotten a real 3v3 going yet having some NAT issues connecting to peopleReapator, overlord of ponies

Because ork tier 1 is one of the best in the game and with more resources needed to go to tier 2, they can be more effective.

well I'm glad you clarified that "a competent player is controlling them" is different from strong T1 units, which I don't feel is always true I've seen plenty of SM and Eldar deal with Orks well early on
