I found out that if you equip the Mek with Big Boom, the default Teleporter pack, and any kind of close range weapon, and you get yourself a cheap nuke. That explosion you get from Big Boom is HUGE.

I haven't beaten it, but I've made it to 20 on several occasions. A really good teamplayer eldar is key. Group teleport in the later rounds is a live saver.
