Engine Error
This is really wierd! Last night I was playing on the TG server for several hours with no problems whatsoever. Now this morning, every time I try to connect to any server I end up back on the desktop with a Engine Error message which says, Out of Memory! Has anyone got any clues what's gone wrong since last night? The only thing I have done is added a models/sound pack to the game, but I wouldn't have thought that would cause this to happen.

Re: Engine Error
I've got plenty of RAM, 1Gb so that isn't the problem.

Re: Engine Error
take out whatever you added and reboot your computer.
www.steampowered.com has lots of tech docs too.

Re: Engine Error
I got the same message to and I havent done anything, just started playin last night. Most of the problem is when the server changes levels, and the message says its loading but never does. so I have to restart-very frustrating-not sure if I want to purchase it.
any ideas would be welcome.

Re: Engine Error
I was going to buy it, but after my problems with it I won't bother.

Re: Engine Error
Sometimes, Valve's stuff just breaks. Don't let a few problems put you off.
