[Rule] Protesting Admin Decisions and Admin Complaints (How to appeal a ban)
Step 1: Contact the admin concerned by private forums message or one of the other contact methods listed in the admin's profile. These profiles are listed here. If you don't know which admin was involved you may contact one of the other admins listed.
If and only if you have tried step one are not satisfied with the admin's explanation, you may bring your issue to step 2.
Step 2: Contact the Day of Defeat game officer by private forums message or one of the other contacts methods listed in the game officer's profile. The game officer's profile is listed here.
If and only if you have tried step two are not satisfied with the game officer's handling of the situation, you may bring your issue to step 3.
Step 3: Contact Apophis by means of forum PM. Apophis manages all game officers at TacticalGamer.
The above procedure is the only acceptable method of dealing with admin issues. This is also the procedure to follow if you are trying to appeal a ban (a ban is a kind of admin decision).
Do not protest admin decisions in-game.
Do not start a forums thread about your admin issue.
