Yes it is.. I do not know the final cost yet - probably competitive with WoW..

But.. likely more than EA/Dice's 'Pay to Patch' system.

    Its from a clerics PoV

We rushed in, gate closed behind us, we start attacking the boss, he does some AoE attack that killed half of the group, he gets bugged somehow, so he stops attacking us, half way down he makes a elemental rise, the group destroys it after listening to what I said, they attack him some more, another elemetal rises, they kill that, then they kill the boss, someone grabbed my soul stone and brought it to a res shrine, I res, go back to where the boss was, get a +2 rapier, some Bull Dung (), and a robe. It was beautiful

I'm in...have been playing D&D for over 18 years; have a group of D&D PnP friends from the "real world" who will be playing....I'll have to introduce them to TG.

    Right on Dirt!

Ya know.. when did I start playing? I was in the 5th grade.. Palma Sola Elementary school.. The science teacher let a friend and I take the class through a Dungeon over a period of 3 days.. 11 - 12 years old? That would be.. umm... a long, long, long time ago.

    Re: Dungeons and Dragons Online

Heh, this is kind of an old thread, but I figured I'd stop by and chink my two bits in the can. I am also a longtime DnD player (I've still got enough fingers and toes to count the years on, but its getting harder), and I played in the beta from early October till the beta closed a few days ago. I've ran thru the HeadStart, but I didnt see this forum till today, as I was inducted (why do I feel inclined to use 'inebriated' here instead) into TG thru your Dystopia server, and I havent yet gotten around to perusing the large domain that TG encompases. Anyways, I'm interested in joining you in Stormreach, but my luck has a tendancy to be sour, so I'm probably not on the same shard as yall are. A few pertinent specifics could ensure the arrival of Jagen Skeldwall, Giant-Hunter Extraorinaire and Slayer of Flimsy Wineskins, to your adventuring troupe.

Best regaurds, looking forward to engaging in my previously mentioned favorite DDo-related passtimes.
