New Admin and Maps
Please welcome Zephyr as the newest Dystopia administrator. Zephyr has demonstrated exceptional conduct on the server in the past, and I'm sure he will prove to be an asset to the server.
Also, two new maps, dys_moutain_b2 and dys_radioshack_beta1, were added to the server this weekend. While both maps are in beta they feel pretty solid. Mountain is especially a pleasure to play.
The server now has 4 maps in rotation. That means you only have to play vaccine once every four maps
. So, if you have enjoyed the server in the past, give it a try again this week. Ill try to get the server populated in the evenings if it is not already.

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.

Thank you all for your encouragement. It is a great personal honor to accept this position. I'm grateful that I am now able to give something back to our community after so long. I will be working as hard as I can to bring this server the life and players it has long deserved.

I'd love to start playing this game. I like the game play and like the idea behind it. However, I dont like the feel of the source engine. It's almost like my xhair doesn't keep up with my mouse.. Same as CS:S.

Get a faster connection, lower your graphics settings, and change your mouse speed :P

I get the same feeling what I use antialiasing in any game. Perhaps turning it off would remedy the problem.
