Saturday Game nights
Wednesday Dystopia nights seem to be working out well, and our player community seems to be growing, so it seems like it would be a good idea for us to add another night, possibly on the weekends. So far, Saturday seems like the best option, but any input on the idea would be appreciated.
So for now, we're going to have a dystopia night this saturday, at 8:00 PM Eastern, to see if it works as well as our wednesday nights have. |

Re: Saturday Game nights
If I'm free, I'll head down, but no promises on that one. I'm able to ensure my Wednesday night activity, except in case of an emergency, but otherwise, I'll do what I can to make saturdays too.

Re: Saturday Game nights
Root just contacted me so I'll be there, I hope. It's 6 o'clock for me I think, I'm on pacific time.
Help me out a bit, I'm still a bit new to the game. I've mainly been taking a back seat to the action doing mundain hacking and suppling the meds. -Sirusblk

Re: Saturday Game nights
Quite a gathering in progress. There'll be more people on in a while, now that whitetiger has realised he hasn't got the game installed.

Re: Saturday Game nights
We had quite a few last night, the server was full for a couple of hours which was nice to see. Unfortunately, we had some random pubbies trying to ruin the experience but there were enough admins there to handle the situation. Thanks to all who came out!

Re: Saturday Game nights
I was also glad to see people like r3d and saber07, two known clan members who not only respect our rules, but tried to help convey the rules to the other players too.

Re: Saturday Game nights
We started at 7pm eastern. The last transmission in the server logs came at 03:52:35 eastern. I'd not so much call that "a couple of hours" as a mammoth session. For the first few hours, the quality of play was pretty damn good. Chewy had a stacked punk team on silo, but we managed to hold them off at the first JIP for over 10 minutes, despite having new players on the team. The key was teamwork and communication, with a commander calling the shots. I would presume that's how Chewys team eventually took the JIP, and smashed us all the way back to get the launch.
Thanks to all those who took part, and to named for his ongoing efforts to run these sessions.

Re: Saturday Game nights
Heh, my favorite part of the whole session?
quoting Drake: "Anyone else notice the tide started to turn against us once Nullops was auto'd to the other team?" Don't think I'm that important, but it's a heck of a nice compliment.

Re: Saturday Game nights
So who's coming to the party tonight? I'll be stepping up to command, so I'll be needing some team players, and a quality OpFpr.
