server browser?

Is it just me or is the in-game server browser really weak? Do you guys use a separate, 3rd-party browser or am I just using it wrong? In particular I hate how changing filters causes the entire list to be re-fetched, and how favorites can't be used in the Internet/lan/etc drop-down list.

I use xfire to directly connect to the server and keep track of buddies.
