1st test the url as if it is a normal website, if the pic loads on a page by itself then the url is good, this is a good test to do first
2nd post in forum with the [img] and [/img] either side of the url, but you seem to have that, so i say check the url works before posting in forum
is your webspace the TG website with supporting membership (uploaded with filezilla), because that will not resize upon uploading, pics posted on TG forums will resize to about 650 width, but then you can click on them to see big size. Non-TG hosting I cant comment on because i havent seen it

the TG user gallery has a album built into the functionality, the [img] command can't handle that
I uploaded them to my TG webspace with filezilla and here they are (grass looks awesome)
Its worth getting your TG webspace going Snail as pic really aid posting and letting people see the pic there with your text just works
