VOIP is just huge. I had a great game with 4 TG on one side and the game finally felt like home to me. Guys giving status reports, coordinating defense and generally working together. Just having a guy say, "ya, ill back you up" is a huge boost.

It was fun..part of those four were brandy new to the game..glad to see that they fell right in line.

I also saw a drop in performance, not a huge difference but enough to notice.

VOIP is great..one fella even said, "can you guys turn off your VOIP it is annoying..."
Made me chuckle as I told him he'd better get used to it.

Yeah, the VOIP is very clear, and all the other tweaks are great as well. This is how the game should have been released. If they would have had VOIP etc in the demo, I believe a lot more people would have bought the game. Now that the initial release hype is over it may be too late as some people may not give it a second chance.
I had some crash issues right away, but a couple reboots seemed to help, we'll see how things develop.

    Really enjoying this update.

Anybody else find the game smoother than normal?

This is a welcome change for me, though half the players I play with on nearby servers still don't have a clue on what to do at times.

I need to dig out my Jawbone and set it up for VOIP. My biggest problem is finding reasonable keys to bind the PTT to. Currently I'm using my thumb button (Mouse4) for fireteam, and I and J for team and global. (I use F for Use, so didn't need Mouse4 for that.)

I remapped my prone key (x) to match that of battlefield (z), and now I use X for all chat, C for team chat and V for fireteam chat
