Supporting member reserved slots for ETQW temporarily disabled

Patch 1.4 for ETQW has implemented some changes that require panzerhans to retool the SM reserved slot application. We will post more as we know more. The patch also broke our out of game admin tool so we are unable to kick players when out of game. I will post more when I know more.

Sc1ence I have noticed that there are now ranked servers with more then 24 players. Perhaps we should consider bumping up our player count to 26 so the server can be full at 24 instead of 22.

Those servers are not ranked. They appear to be ranked, but they are not. At least that is what I have heard. I recall reading that it was a hack. It may be by special permission from SD. regardless, it is impossable for us to bump up our player limit above 24.
