Re: Preview articles
The computer games online article mentions that the sweet spot for coordinated assaults and intense teamwork is 16-24 people. More than that and it feels like lemmings. Hmmm. Does this mean we will run smaller servers, and just mod it a bit?

Re: Preview articles
Well, keep in mind that this is talking about average players. Join a BF2 or Counterstrike server and you'll find it's a lot easier to get a small team to work together than a large team. I'm sure at TG, with our stringent teamwork requirements and dedication to coordination, we'll be able to get everyone to work together.
Or we'll kick them. Either way it's good.|TG-Irr|TychoCelchuuu

Re: Preview articles
"Going off on your own is very rarely an effective tactic under these conditions. Instead, moving as a team, with an Engineer to set up a defensive turret, Soldier for explosive firepower, Covert Ops to scout enemy positions, and a Medic to keep everyone alive is crucial to victory."
Still have my fingers crossed that it will deliver teamplay like we like.

Re: Preview articles
Yeah when I saw all those over at BluesNews I was just like "I think I'll wait and see what the game is like." Honestly by the time I read that many previews about what is basically Starsiege: Tribes + Quake 4 they all blend together.
