Though my voice is little cause I don't actually play Eve (YET) I would say that gambling should be discouraged? I mean when you consider that
1) The house always wins
2) You will always break even
Gambling isn't really worth it. If it is a danger to a member of the corp, it is a danger to the entire corp am I right? Gambling addiction is a messy and detrimental thing, and even if only betting a little at a time the lost money quickly can add up to be an unneccesary drain on a player's neural-wallet.
You were once like the newbie who needed a hand from above and TacticalGamer gave you it.
You owe the newbie who comes after you that same outstretched hand from above on your honor as a Tactical Gamer.
Tactics at TG come from trust and friendship, not meticulous detail and rigid discipline.
Everyone should be assumed mature until proven otherwise.
We are no clan.
We are not a single game.
We are mature, intelligent, and cooperative individuals.
We are TacticalGamer, a community above and beyond its name.
You have to play the game first in order to be even able to gamble. Then you can give us the no gambling speech. (You try running sec cover on a mining op for 2 hours and you might think it's worth it)
On October 29th Tactical Gamer will join the rest of the gaming world for the launch of Battlefield 4. We've been going full bore behind the scenes here of late to be ready to go the moment BF4 goes...
