It's a bit intimidating, isn't it? You were a pro compared to my first online flight. I got my MFD's all buggered up before we even took off, and I was mostly lost and worthless for the rest of the flight. Plus I augered in on landing. What a cluster!

This flight was smoother for me simply because I knew what to expect. If you get a chance, retake the same flight if it's offered. It will do wonders for your confidence!

A shout out to Jex - once again, thanks for the great flight instruction. You'll have us whipped into shape in no time. I really enjoy and appreciate the flights.

Well I did grease the landing, just at the wrong airport.

I WAS lost and worthless for the flight! The entire time, I was busy trying to figure out something the rest of the flight had worked on several minutes prior, and so I was constantly missing what the rest of you were discussing in real time. Very drustrating and disorienting. But fun and challenging.

Absolutely I want to do the same flight again!

No need to apologize, Leejo. At least you got your plane down in one peice! My first flight out with the TG guys and I wreck my jet on landing. How embarassing! I had a blast with you guys, Jex is an excellent instructor. I hope we do it again soon, I was pretty good with the bombs but, i didn't get the mavericks at all.

    Re: Next Training Flight?

Thanks again guys for the kind words. Yes the 1st few times up are going to be hard work, but with each hop we do, it all becomes a lot easier. It's hard of course because everything happens very quickly, however in future flights we may be able to pause the sim mid flight - we'll give it a go and see what happens. We can do this again next week if you like. Need to check my diary but should be good either Sat or Sun.
    Jex.
