Set balkans, open ports UDP 2934 and 2935 on your router

no router here. I'll set it to balkins. Does this problem only exist for me?

Do you have a firewall?

no firewall, i have windows firewall installed but the service has been shutdown. I did try running it for testing purposes and added Falcon 4 plus the ports, no go though.
