Re: New Pilots sign in here
Hey guys. I originally came to TG because of BF2 and im looking to get started at falcon. I dont have any experience playing flight sims so it will probably take me a while before i can do anything productive. im getting the training missions printed out today and ill start going through them. I just have a cyborg evo joystick, no money for a HOTAS

Re: New Pilots sign in here
Hello all! As some Shawn above stated, I also came to TG for the BF2 play, but was pleasantly surprised to see the F4 crowd. I have played flight sims SP only for years and thanx to the great 'Its your router' sticky I was ablt to get my F4 to connect via multiplayer. I hope to fly soon with all of you and will need some online training (will contact trainer soon for appointment).
Olddude out.

Re: New Pilots sign in here
I've been playing F4 since '99. I just got allied force last week, along with a new HOTAS setup. I never realised there was a community for the game at all. I SO want to play with real human players.

Re: New Pilots sign in here
Welcome guys! Make sure and schedule an Orientation Flight so you can get the password to the server. It's no big deal just a quick flight to cover the server rules.
You can get the O-Flight and any other training from the Instructor Pilots here:

Re: New Pilots sign in here
Hi Zuki,
There are indeed a few passwords. These are because of the rules we maintain to fly.
Please contact one of the instructors for an O'Flight. Here you will be told the main rules and SOP's aswell a quick first flight to get you going.
Look no further, go here to continue

stevie

Re: New Pilots sign in here
Hey Zuki, welcome to TG!
All the info you need is in these forums...initially all that you need is the IP address and password for TeamSpeak, which is in the Official Announcements forum I believe. Anyone who's in the Falcon channel will be able to help you from there. Best times are between 8 PM and midnight, EST. Or all day on the weekends.
If you're new to Falcon, we can help get you trained up. If you're experienced, even better! Either way, contact an instructor pilot like Stevie said, they'll get you into a quick o-flight and you'll be all set.[volun]

Re: New Pilots sign in here
Hey fellas,
I thought I'd officially sign in here. I've played off and on for about 10 years but never online. I've got a pretty good idea about the systems and such, but my execution probably leaves a bit to be desired.
Looking forward to getting sighned up for an O-flight and will as soon as time allows.

Re: New Pilots sign in here
Hello, I have been reading the forums here for a few weeks, but have only been registered for the last week or so. Some of you have answered the million questions that i have and I thank you for that.
Once I get back from a work trip I will definately get up in the air with you guys as I know it adds a much larger dimension to the sim.
Thanks for everything and I look forward to seeing you all in the air.

Re: New Pilots sign in here
Hi! I am new both here and to the game.
I would really love to fly and learn with other people.
Will there be any training sessions/orientation flights that will be held soon?
Thanks
