Tactical Engagement This Week!

Attention all Falcon 4:AF pilots. This Saturday starting at 3 eastern we will be hosting a TE on the TG server. This event is open to ANY registered TG member, this includes non-supporting members.

We will post the details of the Engagement shortly....stay tuned. In the meantime please read the server rules to be prepared: http://www.tacticalgamer.com/showthread.php?t=62445

EDIT:
It would be very helpful if you could post here if you plan on attending.

(Skill is not a factor, but if you want to brush up on anything I will be hosting a general skills flight on Friday at 10:30 edt. This training flight will not be structured, rather just a joy ride to ask questions and learn something new. Contact one of the IPs if that time doesn't work for you.)

Re: Tactical Engagement This Week!

I would like to talk to someone about getting a live person to play AWACS. We (Me and Fuzzy) figured out a great deal about the AWACS page and think it'd be
A. Super neat to have someone play AWACS.
B. Extremely helpful to have a live AWACS player + AI AWACS.

Just a thought.

Re: Tactical Engagement This Week!

This weeks TE went pretty well. Thanks to all the new folks who stopped by. I think we were 0-2, but it was a lot of fun. This will be a weekly event so check these forums for times and a briefing.

Doc found a new mission we should put at the top of the list for next week. Here's a hint: Practice your ILS pea soup landings!

Nice screeshots... one clarification though....

From your link.....

"The contrail coming from his aircraft indicates that he's supersonic at this point."

Actually shows that he's above the contrail layer (30491 ft in this case). Check the weather section in the briefing for con layer info (usually above 30,000 ft).

Just like the airlines. Don't see too many of them blowing thru Mach one.
