Anyone know where you can get the V speeds for an F-16?
You know, things like minimum descent, best clime rate, and best climb angle, etc...

Another real world pilot!?

Va = FLCS won't let you pull more than 9G's at any airspeed
Vne = About Mach 1.55 (based on Figure 3-1, it's more a limit than Vne)
Vno = 330-440+?
Vfe = FLCS handles flap/slat deployment
Vs0, Vs1 = Best guess is the low speed warning chart in Figure 1-7 of the manual. I just noticed a nice explanation of F-16 stalls in Chpater 25.
Vx, Vy = These might be good to know, especially Vy.
For those that might not know what these mean here's a run down on what all the V speeds mean:
Va = Maneuvering Speed - The speed at which abrupt flight control deflection won't damage the aircraft. You typically also fly at or below this speed in turbulence.
Vne = Never Exceed Speed - Don't go faster than this or the aircaft could be damaged
Vno = Maximum Cruising Speed in Clear Air - Pretty much exactly what it says.
Vfe = Maximum flap extension speed - Don't extend full flaps above this speed or the aircraft could be damaged or a loss of control could result.
Vs0 = Stall speed in a landing configuration - Stalls in the F-16 aren't like normal straight wing GA aircraft.
Vs1 = Stall speed in a specified configuration - This is typically the stalling speed in a non-landing or normal flight configuration.
Vx = Best Angle of Climb Speed - The airspeed at which to fly to gain the most altitude in the shortest horizontal space. This is used for obstacle clearance on departure.
Vy = Best Rate of Climb Speed - The airspeed at which the maximum altitude is gained in the shortest period of time.
Unfortunately I don't have the data you're looking for.Pavehawk

AWESOME! I hope to get this game tomorrow. May take me a while to get up to speed. Thanks.

Re: Anyone know where you can get the V speeds for an F-16?
In addition to Pavehawks info I've attached a chart on V speeds I made up based on my OWN performance tests in Falcon AF. Some are from the manual. None of them are real world stats as far as I know but they could be close & they certainly apply to the game. No one seems to of published F16 V speeds on the net as far as I could see. I've also included a stall warning chart & a turn performance chart. I've left them in word format so you can change them if you wish. Should help ya out a bit.

I fly past Mach 1.3 all of the time!

You wish, keep that up & you'll be flying a cargo plane full of rubber dog%*$# out of Hong Kong
