On Holiday
From Saturday I'll be on holiday for a week on a narrow boat with the family. We used to do this as a kid many times so I expect to remember just `about everything. Narrow boats were originally used to haul cargo up and down the country before the advent of the train. Here's a pic of a boat going into a lock. Locks were designed to get the boat over hills.
