Well having been away from Steam for a bit, now back and I checked out some of the new deals .... and I ran across Portal : First Slice Demo.... released May 8 this year... thats not that long ago really... Im downloading it now. Im not sure but I get the feeling this is just a demo of the original game, that was for some reason released 8 months after the game's release.....we'll see I guess lol. I searched for it but this is the only one with a title specifically about portal lol.. If there is one please link me up!

Portal: First Slice is the demo. I'd recommend buying the whole Orange Box. It's cheap and when I bought it at full price $60 it was still a steal when I already had two of the games.

yea I own the Orange box... Sat down and didnt get up till I beat Portal lol.. I just thought that this might be something new like a demo for a next version or somthing.... ah well.

Nah I had hoped for as much but it wasn't. I believe Valve repackaged a popular fan made map pack for the X-box360. It's been released for the PC for quite some time. I'll look around for it again if you're interested, it's quite demanding.

When those fan made chambers first started coming around, I got one... One of the first ones I read about. It was pretty difficult to say the least.
