Re: NeverWinter Nights
I repeat my previous question then: Do you have a day/time in mind for this?

NS Game Officer. TF2 Admin. BF2 Admin / Scripter. PM with issues.

<LazyEye> yeah when I play on TG the server digs though my trash

Re: NeverWinter Nights
Well because News is out of town, we have not said the exact date. But I think we chose Saturday as the weekly playing day. I believe we start the actual Campaign next month (Not to far away) but we may play around with some practice stuff (Or just in TG) so the new guys can get the hang of the game. But Saturday seems like the best day for the weekly campaign.

Re: NeverWinter Nights
If anyone would like to get a little practise (I.e screwing around to get the hang of the game) The Tactical Gamer server is up and running, thanks to Apophis(^.^) let me know if you want to play and ill be happy to play with you. Server name is Tacticalgamer.com and is running Chapter 1 of the original NwN.

Re: NeverWinter Nights
Hmmm, I MAY be able to make it around Sunday or Monday once I get moved. Thankfully, RPGs don't require the best Internet connection. But after this weekend, I should be able to make Saturdays no problem.

Re: NeverWinter Nights
We had 9 people on the TG server for 8 hours non stop. They where a great group, they worked together and got things done. I think we will have a large player base for our server soon. We will soon have a custom module running so we dont have to use the Chapters from the main game

Re: NeverWinter Nights
Well good grief,
Did they charge you for 2nd day? Ill be out of town on Thursday. But Wed night I should be on.
Now, the server has been moving along seeing how we have several regulars playing each night. Last night we moved on to Chapter 3. Here is what we can do, if you come in with a brand new level 1 character I will bump you up to the minimum level required for that chapter. That way you won't be destroyed with no chance of leveling up (Due to all the deaths). So far we have 4 regulars playing (Not including my self) 2 Mages, 1 Sorcerer, and a Paladin. So far from watching these people play, these chapters are not very friendly to casters that go out on there own (Nor am I :P) So a henchmen or other player that has fighting ability will save you a lot of frustration.
If I am playing, I will be on Team Speak (Our server). So you can reach me there, or by email\messenger (Xfire, Msn)
Another thing, Solo adventuring is looked down on here (Unless your alone in server, or there is a good reason like you are scouting etc. "Work as a team"
.
And Role Play, try to RP your character. How ever he\she would be in real life, try to play that out. The main accepted way of talking out of character is (OOC Like this, with the OOC) or just private message\DM chat with the person. It really does make it better for everyone, and will really cheat the experience for others if you don't [role play]
If you have any questions about the rules\guidelines
by all means fire them at me
Thank you for playing by the rules.

Re: NeverWinter Nights
No, if they had charged me: I'd be cracking skulls.
Looks like all you need is another base rate Fighter or possible Cleric. I can fill either role with no problems.
Whereas I know the rules of AD&D with no problems, I will need to learn the specifics of how NWN works.
