Buddy list is there...

From a thread on PlanetBattlefield

To use it, you have to open the console.

Type "players" (without quotes) to get the list of players and their ID's.

Once you found the ID of the player you want to add as a buddy, type "buddy #" (where # is his ID)

shorts can also be used (from AliasedCommands.con file)

To add a buddy:

addbuddy ID#
buddy ID#
ab ID#

To remove a buddy:

removebuddy ID#
unbuddy ID#
rb ID#

To list players that are in your buddy list:

buddylist
A buddy will ALWAYS show as GREEN on your 3D Map, your Minimap and on his nametag.
