Stinger and RPG's
Does anyone know if they are going to adjust the Stinger potency? I should be able to do just as much damage to ground vehicles as it does to aircraft. Especially a jeep or Hummer. What about increasing the kill radius of the RPG? I get killed so many times cause I shoot a guy with it and it hits next to him instead of directly and he lives to shoot me while I reload. Come on....... If and RPG landed with in 5 feet of me, I would be dead. With the first shot. Is there a way of adjusting the damage radius in the sever for this weapon, or does it have to be a mod?
Find it, Sight it, Shoot it! :icon24:

Re: Stinger and RPG's
Those are settings that can be changed as a mod. The problem then is getting everyone to use the mod.

Eh? Too many people use stingers/RPGs as anti-infantry weapons already. If you want to take down an infantry target, use a real gun (like assault weapon or shotgun) or buddy up with someone who is mostly anti-infantry. Great way to build teamwork skills

Ok if thats the case then I guess a hind is not an armoured chopper ? In real life you could take out an apc or a humvee and even possibly damage an abrams(since it puts out enormous amounts of heat) with a stinger since the stinger is a heatseeking missile is it not ? In theory it should obliterate a humvee or apc or bradly !
stinger
how it worksWas that Diablo flying that helio ?

Re: Stinger and RPG's
Just because something is heatseeking, doesn't make it automatically capable of pentrating armour on a bradly vs hitting the exhaust port on a helicopter and screwing up the avionics/rotor. The warhead itself would determine if it can defeat armour.
