Re: SiN Episodes
Well, that wasn't so hot. I finished the game and I can't really recommend it, even for only $20. There's nothing wrong with it really, just not anything special and somewhat repetitive. I think I'll pass on the next episodes unless I see something different or something good in the multiplayer area.
Here's hoping HL episode 1 steps up to the plate.

Re: SiN Episodes
For some reason I really liked the game. No, it wasn't long or intricate, but it was good as a straight up shooter .

The ads are a bit mis-leading... "Explore the most interactive game to date."
I'd just assumed it would be like Deus Ex in a way, with the hacking they spoke of. I was disappointed with that... but played through it and am eager to get the next episode! Was one helluva fun shooter!
The AI was amazing! They worked as squads, gave SITREPs on the fly, used cover effectively (found myself getting flanked in a few situations). The "smart system" they have is also great, the whole game was one big challange. I'd start off getting head shots like nothing, then the baddies would then move faster towards cover, or zig zag to confuse me... was great fun.
