DOOM 3 recommended specs
PC Gamer Recommended Hardware
2+ GHz Processor 512+ MB System Memory Radeon 9800+ Video Card 5-Channel Sound Card Supported Graphics Accelerators Hmmm... time to get a new vid card? However we all know that 'recommended' means minimum

THe more powerful the better lads, my PC runs it like a slideshow except in very tight hallways, etc. A 3+gig machine with the latest video card would do nicely, got one in my future that's for sure. Wonder if Carmack et al get kickbacks from hardware vendors too because of the 10s of thousands of people that are going to need to upgrade or buy completely new systems to play it. It is bloody awesome though, can't wait to try some multi-player too...
