Re: just got the beta last night...

squad level voip & team level voip for squad leaders to coordinate seems to have good potential

Exactly, why get something that's way different to the BF series? It's a much more progressed version of a great formula, what more could you ask for. I really hope this takes off at TG, I think it has huge potential at a place like this. If you're not in a clan/community (like TG) I think you'll be at a huge disadvantage when playing this game, the arty strikes and gunship help looks deadly, and with a team that's not co-operating/listening, you could rack up quite a few nice TKs. The amount of different combinations of kit is great, long gone are the days of 2142 where it's just 5 assaults and 1 support almost everytime, there's really a lot to play around with, and also the way you have to make big pushes for those objectives that pushes the frontline up, can't really be done by a bunch of lone-wolves.

I can just see those tactical scrims now. If this game doesn't take off at TG it will be a tragedy of Shakespearean magnitude...or something like that. I'm way too pumped for this game...too bad I have to wait for the Summer to go and get it
