Roles separate from loadout:
After sifting through a myriad of videos and explanations of this game, this feature is the one that stood out the most for me (aside from the whole "Frontlines" feature, which I absolutely LOVE).
Having the classes separate from the loadout is a subtle but extremely important shift in gameplay. IMO, it makes it closer to a more tactical shooter rather than an action shooter. After all, I should be able to carry any damned gun I please right? And in this day and age (and in the future) it's the gadgetry that determines the role, not the gun you carry.
