Re: The "Things to Figure Out" Thread
Although I'm not positive, I believe the Triangle with arrows is an EMP Stick/Generator. I spotted a blue friendly one last night and it had arrows.

Re: The "Things to Figure Out" Thread
If you are using the EMP role, the blue upside down triangles are ENEMY EMP pods. Take them out by kneeling and meleeing them.
If you are using both seats in the helo, you're gunner can be EMP, spot for your pilot, and take out the enemy EMP pods.
That allows your teammates to target air support and rush in with armor.

Re: The "Things to Figure Out" Thread
hey citizen! welcome!
Yeah, you can have all three drones out at the same time - just not more than one of the same type.
You launch the drone and then right-click (not sure what it is on xbox) to go back to first-person on your soldier. From there you can select and then deploy a second drone. Being able to 'park' your recon drone is especially handy - you move it ahead of your squad (preferably way above ground level so it's not easily spotted), and then leave it there basically acting as a UAV... it'll spot targets 30m out in every direction horizontally and with unlimited range above and below it... see this thread.

If you have built up enough XP to have multiple drones you can launch a recon drone and park it somewhere out of harms way and then right click to go back to your regular view. You then switch to another drone to launch and you can do the same. When you want to go back to controlling one that you parked, select the drone, right click and you are back in action.

Re: The "Things to Figure Out" Thread
Ive noticed when using the mortar drone that after a while the actual mortar icon starts flashing and showing a kind of wifi symbol. Any ideas?
If you leave assault or mortar drone out for a long time, can it automatically fire on enemies?

The wifi symbol is just showing that the drone is deployed. Drones can't fire by themselves.

Re: The "Things to Figure Out" Thread
thanks for the hearty welcome Whiskey. I've been looking around the TG forums for a little while and I like the concept of the community and the forums.
Thanks also for the info. I was playing around a server last night with the drones and at one point I was really having fun. was playing as WC so I pulled out the recon drone and parked it on the rooftop near the supply depot. then i pulled out the heli with the rockets and parked that there too. then I pulled out the explosive car and headed for the depot. when the RSA neutralized it i cruised in with the car took 2 out with that then quickly switched to the heli and attacked again getting 2 more then teammates were able to cap quickly. man was I having a blast.

Re: The "Things to Figure Out" Thread
sweet - yeah I played a little 2 vs 1 today on streets (I was on my own). I went specops and drone tech and basically just defended statue. I parked the drone way up by the building just south of the subway CP and never lost the flag because of it (helped of course by stupid-short respawn times the beta servers have )
