Stopped and checked at Bestbuy and CC this afternoon, they said tomorrow as well.

The GameStop closest to my office says they will have it in tomorrow. At this point I'm going with whatever is the quickest. If they happen to actually get it in tomorrow, I'll buy the DVD, otherwise, I'll probably go Steam.

Do Not Buy From BestBuy's Digital River Download Service!

As of this post, BestBuy says it is available for download from Digital River. Not until after you pay for it do you find out there is no download link and no expected download date. Furthermore, the refund process is broken.

I have emailed their customer support with two questions. When will it be available, and why is the refund process broken.

Ugh!! All the stores around here expect shipments to come in around 11am-noon. I can't wait that long!!!! Then I have to work at 1pm

Thats great Silver, but I think DigitalRiver should also have the dates posted. I find that to be a deceptive business practice to withold. Hence my warning post.

EDIT:

DigitalRiver has now put pre-order back on their "shopping cart" page and apologizes for the confusion.

Went to Best Buy, and did not see any on the shelf, and one of their guys went and checked to see if it was in. So he found a copy for me. So I've got mine.
