Patch update
no news on a date, but here's what they're working on:

I wanted to update you on what we are working on here at the studio for the PC.
The following list of items is what you can expect in the near future for Frontlines: Fuel of War:
- Additional Anti-Cheat Improvements
- Dedicated Server Tools
- Multiplayer Server Browser Enhancements
- Auto-balance Enhancements
- Mod Tools and Walkthroughs
- Joystick Support
We will have more details shortly and will post them as soon as possible.

edit: Actually, I guess this makes sense - having VOIP wouldn't be very useful if you can't browse for a server... gotta walk before you can run

No Joystick Support = Bad
I would have though once beta was concluded they would have added in joystick support for aircraft.. this isn't to be and imo is a great disservice to those of us that use a joystick to fly.
one turnoff within the beta was a lack of joystick or throttle control. using a key that i have to continuously pump to hover is unacceptable. and forget about using throttle to maintain a slow and otherwise manageable strafe in the airplanes.
anyone else with me on this debacle?

ah and here i just made a joystick support thread.. suppose that one can be removed then..
still annoyed as hell its not in the retail release..
