We are having an internal discussion about it now and are following this thread carefully.

Re: New Server

Hi again guys

Just to let you know after our little TG game earlier I scooted around a few servers - all with noob tubes activated - usual scenario developed and I sucumbed to the 'if you can't beat them join them' mentality.

Later on I stumbled across the crackclan server - the assault class is disabled which means no Gren Launchers... and can I just say (for me anyway) the game was transformed! You actually had to use a bit of skill - no longer would a grenade come wanging through the air and tw@t you into oblivion when you ran around a corner face to face with someone.

I hate to promote playing on a non TG server - but purely for evaluation purposes I think it would be worth you guys having a look just to see how it plays for you without the assault class.

Hopefully see some of you about tomorrow.

Re: New Server

And to reiterate (Whiskey is aware of this as well) my server is available to TG, and it is noobtube free and monitored. Any time you guys want to use it feel free, it stays pretty populated mostly by regulars who love the gaming without the GL. Additionally, if we ever want to practice without pub players we can password it for that time as well... That might be helpful for movie making and strategy experiments.. It's a 32 seat server through MyIS located in California.
