AA tank

Question folks when your using a weapon with a reticule does the sigh on your AA tank disappear? I was playing solar desert trying to cut down on some of the air traffic ether that or scare the crap outta them and I noticed that I didn't have a reticule once I started switching to my pistol ( I was anti armor at the time with ground support role armor repair ftw) I would get my target site back. I thought this was really odds I was on the RSA. I just found this really odd.

That was also happening with the WC mobile AA. I would have to hop out and back in to get the gun reticle back.
